Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, authenticating with, or using the AJA-OS service (the "Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a corporation, partnership, or other business entity, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

AJA-OS is an executive-level AI Business Operating System. It provides automated operational diagnoses, maps system architecture, identifies leadership dependencies, and compiles business execution roadmaps. The Service compiles diagnostic insights through a sequential state machine integrated with advanced language models.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and hold the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use this Service. By accessing the Service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Google Sign-In & Authentication

Access to the AJA-OS Workbench requires user authentication. We utilize Google OAuth to securely sign you into the portal. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Google Account login details.
• Preventing unauthorized sharing of your Google session or dashboard workspace.
• Promptly notifying us of any breach of security or unauthorized dashboard access.

5. User Responsibilities

When utilizing AJA-OS, you are responsible for the inputs you enter, including business descriptions, system details, CRM structures, and data uploads. You warrant that you have the right to provide this data and that doing so does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property or confidentiality agreements.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to abuse or misuse the Service. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized corporate activities.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code or proprietary structures of the AJA-OS state engine.
• Submit or upload text or documents containing viruses, malware, or other malicious payloads.
• Attempt to bypass Firestore security rules or access organization parameters belonging to another user.
• Employ automated scraping scripts to extract information or outputs from the workbench.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Property: All software, state-machine designs, UI layout aesthetics, logos, and underlying code of AJA-OS are the exclusive property of AJA Sarah Information Technology Consultancy and its licensors.

Your Property: You retain complete ownership of all business operational data, custom constraints, and organizational descriptions you input into the Service. We assert no ownership over your inputs.

8. AI Recommendation Disclaimer

AI Disclaimer: AJA-OS uses advanced generative artificial intelligence models (such as Google Vertex AI/Gemini) to perform operational diagnostics and construct 90-Day roadmaps. AI-generated responses are predictive and analytical approximations based on your inputs. AJA-OS makes no guarantees, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, market viability, or structural feasibility of the generated roadmaps, task schedules, or systems recommendations.

9. No Professional Advice

All output generated by AJA-OS is for informational and organizational planning purposes only.

Notice: The diagnostics, structural analysis, and planning sheets do not constitute professional management, legal, tax, financial, accounting, or corporate structure advice. You should perform independent verification and consult qualified corporate attorneys or certified accountants before executing business structural changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AJA Sarah Information Technology Consultancy, its officers, or its partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of business profits, revenue losses, operational disruptions, data corruption, or business failures resulting from your use of the Service or implementation of AI-generated roadmaps.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the actual fees paid by you to us for the Service during the prior three-month period.

11. Service Availability

AJA-OS is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees that the Service will remain uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free of downtime. We reserve the right to perform routine system maintenance that may cause temporary disruptions.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time and without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if we determine your usage poses a security risk to the platform.

You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing usage of the Service and submitting a deletion request to our team.

13. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or temporarily discontinue features of the AJA-OS workbench to align with model upgrades or platform security developments. We will not be liable to you or any third party for such modifications.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from your use of the platform shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the Republic of the Philippines.
